The Leaves are Falling
Taco enjoys the maple leaves on a beautiful fall morning.

Outside time has been absolutely beautiful these past few weeks and it really has been that idyllic fall weather where the breeze brings a handful of leaves down that gives this time of year the name fall. The cats have been loving it so much it has actually been a challenge to photograph them, since they naturally want to chase every leaf!

Our McFloofy has been especially hard to get to sit still but I managed to finally capture a couple of him.

He is always on the lookout for the next thing to chase!

Our sweet gentle Taco especially loves the leaves and the sharp contrast of the red pairs perfectly with his orange fur.

Peanut Butter also loves the leaves and has a lot to say about them.

Peanut Butter says, “Do you see this? Do you know what is happening?”

Crystal also loves this weather, though she prefers the short grass and gravel over the leaves.

Burrito has also been enjoying the weather, though he likes to stay close to the house and in the shade. Lately, he’s been guarding the door and keeps track of all the mail and deliveries. He’s probably hoping someone brings him a new box!

All in all, it’s been a beautiful time to be outside! The cats are doing great and it will be so much fun to see what they do this upcoming week when we carve our pumpkins for Halloween! The nights have been chilly so I’m glad we have this time before winter inevitably comes in a few weeks.
